For dinner, I went to the "old" cafeteria, and got one of their regulars, a "Sasami Cheese Katsu," where "sasami" is basically a chicken part that's perfect for filleting. I also had salad bar where I got spinach, broccoli, corn, and egg, and my usual M-size rice, almond jelly dessert, and hot tea-all-you-can. All under 500 yen.
