Comes with two stalks of spinach, a bread/muffin/potato with cheese, fried egg, spaghetti noodles underneath all of the meat, and black and white sesame-seed-sprinkled rice. Quite yummy, and I think quite right for the price. A little dry though, and next time I'd probably eat this with a salad on the side.
