    by the way, ground beef can be used also - picadillo! and i have a garlic tip: don't wash it - make pitpit(?) the garlic (using the side of your knife, press/flatten each wedge against the chopping board) muna, it'll make removing the skin easier. :) another note, mali yung time stamp at around 35:30.

  2. @Mara yup, but with beef it's not called ginisa anymore, it's called picadillo - which is usually with carrots and potatoes, and not usually leafy greens. :D re: garlic skin peeling, i know about that but for some reason i don't like to squash the garlic, not for this dish... :D
