Filling half the bowl is some rice, some chingensai (チンゲン菜 / bok choi / pak chai / Chinese cabbage / pechay), half a hard boiled egg, carrots, cabbage, lotus roots, shrimp, pork, mushrooms, and something that resembles the meat of a certain shellfish (though it didn't feel like one). |
