"Bowl of rice with pork loin" -- as they translated at the cafeteria, and it is exactly what it is.
Buta / 豚 = pork.
Don / 丼 = in this case, rice bowl. Yummy. A little bit sweet. I'm not sure how it was prepared -- broiled, maybe? Or boiled? Tastes a little bit close to Filipino pork barbecue, except that pork barbecue, as you might imagine, is a little bit crispy on the outside than broiled or boiled or braised meat.
